​My daughter absolutely loves LMBGCY! It is worth every penny and very affordable. She practices poses everywhere and even recites "peace begins with me" while being impatient in long grocery line which means she's using her techniques in real life situations and I could NOT be happier about seeing growth in her! DEFINITELY recommend for all ages!
