Let Me Be Great Children's Yoga allows children of all ages and abilities a chance to practice flexibility, coordination, strength, and balance with a Kidding Around Yoga curriculum. Children are able to build their confidence, learn social and emotional awareness, as well as learn a multitude of ways to become more mindful. Each class we are able to cater each lesson to each child's different ability or need.
