Share Literacy with the community with #PeacefulPlaces !
We have launched a #peacefulPlaces initiative for the Hampton Roads area with my business @Let Me Be Great Children's Yoga and Growing with Greatness Publishing Company. We are committed to creating peaceful places within the community where children can learn how to cope with anxiety, anger, and many other emotions that can be difficult to manage. A peaceful place can be a specific location, being in the presence of a specific person, but most importantly we want children to know that peace begins with themselves. Soo we have collaborated with @Growing with Greatness Publishing Company and the @YWCA to launch this movement. Growing With Greatness Publishing Company has published the first book called "Finnie's Magical Feather". This book is apart of the Let Me Be Great Children's Yoga Social Emotional Educational Series (L.M.B.G.C.Y.S.E.E.S.) that teaches children how to use a growth mindset, to take a deep breath before reacting, and use positive words to build self confidence. Together our goal is to get this amazing resource into the hands of as many children as possible. With that we need help! We want to expand our vision to include each of you.
